SHOP ONLINE AT PROGRESSIVE!

At Progressive, we love providing our clients with quality Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services in our state of the art rehabilitation facility.

We wanted to change the game and bring our clients many of the products we use and recommend online! Yes, you heard right, Progressive are so excited to have launched our own online shop that will help you meet your mobility, support and supplement needs.

Mobility Products

Mobility products create a self-myofascial release (SMR), which is a form of tool-assisted self-massage that is designed for you to relieve muscle tightness, soreness and inflammation.

Foam rollers are the most common tool used to release muscle tightness and are effective to add in your warm-up or cool down of exercise. Our Pocket Physio is the most effective tool on the market. This pocket rocket trigger points the tiny knots that develop when a muscle is overworked or injured and is designed to assist with the restoration of motion to joints. The BakBall is ideal to reverse a typical forward-bent posture. If you are sitting, typing all day, sleeping or driving in a forward hunched position, this is the product for you.

Support Products

Braces and support products are important to correctly stabilise the area that is currently injured. We provide neck and arm braces to ensure that any neck or arm problem is properly stabilized for a full recovery. For those clients that have incorrect posture and wish to fix this issue, we have a posture back brace to encourage better posture.

Supplement Needs

When incorporating supplements into your diet, it is best to seek professional advice before purchasing. We provide supplements to assist in an array of areas that include important vitamins and minerals for every day boosting and for injury prevention.

There is a range of products available to suit each and every client that visits our practice. We have protein powder, supplements, resistance bands, foam rollers, massage balls and muscle/bone support.
